Booking
To request a booking, please email the name of the room(s) and the nights you wish to book. A reason for your trip to Stroud is always interesting if you'd like to add it. Please supply your full address if you are ready to book so I can send you an invoice. If your chosen dates are available I will send you the booking information, which includes the total price and the deposit amount where appropriate (in an invoice if you have supplied your full address). If there is time before your travelling date you'll be asked to pay a 25% non-returnable deposit via Bank Transfer. If you are resident outside the UK please ask for IBAN and BIC codes. If you are resident outside the UK you will also be asked to supply your passport number. On receipt of payment your booking is secured.
With your invoice you will also be sent a copy of my Terms and Conditions (house rules). Please read them through to make sure you're happy with them. Payment into my account means you agree to abide by them.
Full payment is required to arrive in my bank account 1 week before the day of arrival. Failure to pay in full by this date will mean the cancellation of
your booking and you will lose your deposit.
At least 24 hours before your arrival day you'll be sent all the directions and check-in information.
